For businesses to be dynamic and forward-thinking, the idea of skilled resources is inseparable. What started as a provider of IT resources 22 years ago, soon evolved to a successful, Woman Owned Business (WBE), that works with companies across several industries to help accomplish their business goals. “Because of our flexibility, reputation and success, partners like ADP, a global leader in human capital management (HCM) solution have recognized us as a strategic partner committed to helping us grow into several new areas,” says Laura Torrillo, CEO, Geneva Consulting Group. As a partner for more than 15 years, with knowledge of ADP’s up-market platforms, Geneva provides highly-qualified HCM consultants to ADP clients. To date, Geneva has placed a broad array of quality consultants with extensive knowledge in HR, Payroll and Time Systems. It has also recruited IT resources qualified in Agile development and transformation, Scrum team processes, and the latest technologies.
“Our specialist consultants work alongside our partners to ensure our clients achieve their goals,” says Kurt Ausderan, VP of Business Development, Geneva Consulting Group. For instance, Geneva was recently involved in helping one of its clients manage their global payroll from a day-to-day operations standpoint. The demand was for a Spanish-speaking resource with an understanding of Mexican payroll who could work on-site in Georgia. “With our vast database of qualified consultants, we filled this need quickly, resulting in a successful engagement, transitioning the consultant to a full-time employee,” informs Ausderan. Geneva’s excellence resonates in their ability to quickly understand client requirements and deliver the best resource by expediting the interview process.

In critical short notice situations, where a company needs a short-term payroll manager, for example to replace a key team member going out on maternity leave, Geneva has proved itself as the resource “enabler” by attracting and retaining talented resources. The resources provided by Geneva have a history of playing an active role in executing both small and large complex projects on time and on budget. Recently, Geneva helped one of its clients in the public sector. The client had experienced considerable employee turnover during the project due to scale and complexity, but Geneva Consulting was able to provide a project manager who leveraged his knowledge to meet the scheduled go-live date.
“It is because of the value we offer that clients we secured 22 years ago are still in business with us,” proclaims Laura. Geneva’s success is driven by their strong relationship with its consultants, clients, and the culture that the company has nurtured to thrive in this competitive arena. “We are proud of the culture we have built at Geneva and our ability to respond to complex client needs and retain our valued loyal consultants.”
Ausderan observes that there is a rapid movement toward the future of work and pay in the HR industry. Companies today aspire to be empowered to track and pay both Form W-2 associates as well as contingent workers the way they desire. This dynamic and rapidly changing environment has sparked innovators like ADP to evolve its solutions to better support their clients in this journey. As a strategic partner, Geneva is actively preparing to support this and other progressive efforts with qualified candidates.
